Develop an understanding of evidence-based training to start creating your own workout plan. Includes: - Functional Movement Analysis - 12x 1hr sessions with your personal trainer - Personalised training plan On the next page you will be asked to book the time and date slot for your first training session which works for you. Whilst we will do our best to accomodate this, your personal trainer will be in touch to confirm or arrange an alternative convenient slot.
