Mr Matthew Pywell

Aesthetics

A bit about me: I trained as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in London, and learnt cosmetic procedures from some of the top surgeons in the world. I was honoured to receive distinctions at both undergraduate and master's degree level, and I was awarded the Ian McGregor medal for the top performance in the Royal College of Surgeons Plastic Surgery exam, illustrating the dedication I have for providing the very best care to my patients. I now also teach advanced courses and masterclasses in cosmetic injectables for qualifying aestheticians.

My own journey: Graduating medical school very overweight and unfit, I have worked hard to incorporate big changes into my weekly routine and have had great success with intermittent fasting and genetically tailored diets and exercise plans. I now dedicate my time and expertise to helping others achieve their own life goals, incorporating lasting changes into their daily routine.

A bit about me: I'm a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist working professionally as Miss Nutritionist since 2010. I've personally coached thousands of women on their nutritional needs, provided coaching on energy enhancing diets for employees of multiple companies and written hundreds of blog posts on how to recover from burnout. I've just published my first book on the subject: Burnout’s a B*tch - the antidote to the overworked world we live in. 

My own journey: In 2014 I collapsed from too much stress and was bed bound for three years straight with severe burnout. I had to make a lot of difficult changes to get back on my feet. Now I'm 100% recovered, my passion is helping others make sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle to regain energy, lose weight, improve skin quality and more.

What I can help you with: weight loss, skin care, stress management, digestive health, reducing inflammation.

A bit about me: I’ve been qualified as a Personal Trainer for over 5 years. During this time I’ve come to appreciate the unique journey every individual has. There is no one size fits all, which is why I’ve dedicated my career towards focusing on personalising every journey and integrating this with nutritional  plans and psychological support. My experience has taught me it is important that you find who you are along the journey in order to truly grow. 


My own journey: When I first started playing rugby, we lost against the first team we played simply due to their pure physicality. It was then I learnt that the more you invest in yourself, the better you will do. Since then I have made it a priority to invest in myself both in and out of the gym. Now I help others to do the same. 


What I can help you with: losing weight, increasing BMR, improving fitness, gaining muscle, toning, post-natal core rehabilitation.

A bit about me: I am a fully qualified doctor and certified Co-Active Life Coach with Coaches Training Institute. Of all the life coaching methods, CTI’s method has been most proven to have effective transformative outcomes, utilising powerful questions combined with embodiment and visualisations to uncover what is holding you back from your true potential. 


My own journey: While working as a doctor in busy hospitals I have surpassed my boundaries of self-care so often, prioritising the rush of life and work even over eating or drinking water. Through life coaching I have gained insight into my inner world and found patterns in parts of me that needed to be restored to health. I underestimated how intensely trauma affects us and we can go through life without even acknowledging it. Coaching guided me to restructure my mind and helped me build tools that connect me to who I really am.

My own journey: For me as an Italian, food has always been a lifelong passion not only from a social, cultural and culinary point of view but also for its fascinating role in human biochemistry. While living in Asia I further embraced a holistic model of health-care which focuses on healing body and mind through positive and long-lasting dietary & lifestyle changes.


What I can help you with: weight loss, digestive health, hormonal and neurological issues, menopause and infertility, pre- and post operative nutrition, general health empowerment.

A bit about me: I am a professionally certified life coach and an accredited psychologist with the British Psychological Society. I spent 5 years working for City & Hackney NHS and now run a private coaching practice, working with high profile, high performing clients across a diverse range of settings and contexts.


My own journey: Over the course of my personal and professional life, I have experienced feelings of failure and vulnerability. After a career change and marriage that didn’t work out as I had intended, I appreciate life often doesn’t go according to plan and that’s ok. It’s also ok to feel the way we do in the face of challenging circumstances. These feelings give us the opportunity to step back and reflect on what really matters to us and permit us to operate in another way.

A bit about me: I am a fully qualified medical doctor, and ICF-accredited life & executive coach. Where my medical experience has afforded me to work with the un-health side of humanity, my coaching work has showed me how to work on the thrive side of humanity. Over the last 13 years, I have honed this knowledge across various industries, working in medicine, music, tech start-ups, mental health, and even television.


My own journey: As a helping professional, I have always wanted to support others towards health and well-being. The long nights in A&E, and ruthless demands of the medical world, made me question my own integrity. "If I can’t live a healthy, balanced life as a doctor, who am I to expect it of my patients.” This lead me on a quest of self-discovery, which allowed me to live in alignment with my own beliefs, sexuality, and career-calling. Now, my passion is to support others to become more of who they truly are: even if it doesn’t fit the mould that society expects.

A bit about me: I am an accredited Wellbeing Life Coach endorsed by the Association for Coaching UK in 2020 and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) since 2005. I mainly work with adult clients, individuals and couples in private practice in Harley Street, London. Besides these studies, I have also spent the last three decades advancing in Mindfulness, Vedanta and Body, Mind & Soul balancing practice. These are all essential aspects of my work as a Holistic Personal Coach. 


My own journey: My journey hasn’t been plain sailing at all! It entails having experienced true hardship when growing up in South America to depression and body dysmorphia in adulthood. However, these also taught me some precious lessons too; every seed of hardship also contains seeds of its total opposite, namely, abundance, love, and hope. It helped turn around my life for the better where I can help others achieve their dreams, become mentally and emotionally strong and connect with their purpose in life.  Being able to help others is what inspires me most in life.
